THE SPACE
Casita Girasol is a fully-furnished backyard casita that is central to everything in Austin. Inside, it’s full of natural light with modern open living. Outside, the patio is just right for morning coffee or evening drinks under string lights.

In the bedroom there’s a green-certified queen bed, closet, and dresser. In the living room there’s a Roku Smart TV for streaming and a full-sized IKEA sofa bed. There’s a full modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You’ll find settings for four, wine glasses, a French press, and basic cookware.

If you need to work from the road, there’s a USB charging station and gigabit internet. If you need to do laundry during your trip, there’s a full washer and dryer. The bathroom has both a bathtub and shower. There’s a small fenced yard and two good dogs are welcome with prior permission. It’s just up the block to parks, ponds, and trails. If you have an EV, you can Level 1 charge overnight with the front porch outlets.

Casita Girasol has a secure, private gated entrance. The casita is accessible and visitable, with a zero-step entrance and smooth concrete flooring.
